Return Policy

If you are not satisfied, for any reason, Cheryl's Trading Post will provide: a refund(for items deemed by the seller to be high end art) within 4 days of the customer being in receipt of product. For online sales on regular priced merchandise not deemed by the seller to be high end art, exchanges or store credit can be issued within the same 4 day period. No cash or credit card refunds for regular merchandise not deemed High End by the seller. Sale and discounted items are final and not returnable.

Returns should be sent to the gallery insured for the full retail-value at buyer's expense, and must be received in the same condition as sent.  If the artwork is returned and received in this manner and in good condition, Cheryl's Trading Post will reimburse the buyer for the final cost of all returned artwork, less the initial shipping and handling fee for your purchase. 

Please consult us regarding your shipping options, as we will only accept returns shipped in a manner and by a shipping company we have approved. The buyer shall bear the cost of return-shipment plus insurance for the full retail amount of the artwork. If you would like to request return instructions please email [email protected] and a sales associate will assist you in making special arrangements to return the item. Please include your sales receipt. For return of merchandise deemed by the seller to be High End Art, refunds will be issued after Cheryl's Trading Post has received, in the manner determined by the client and sales associate when initial arrangements are made for the return.

For all other approved returns, credit will be issued upon arrival of the returned merchandise.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and we recommend you insure the merchandise and retain the tracking number. Credit is valid for a one year period.
