We purchased this natural ammolite stone from a Blackfoot artist and sent it to Albuquerque to be set in a southwestern style by Bryant Martinez (Navajo). 2" long not including the bail.
Native People recognize the spiritual significance of the ammolite: prosperity and good health to the person in contact with it. The Blackfoot people call it iniskim - meaning buffalo calling stone.
