Indigenous Wolf Pendant. 1 1/8" diameter, sterling silver, 14 kt gold, with diamond eye. Hand carved by Richie Baker from Capilano Rez, Squamish / Coast Salish and Kwa'waka'wakw Nations. The wolf is a primary crest design among Native People of the northwest coast. The wolf is a great teacher. Wolves are consummate hunters. They hunt together as a family. They take care of each other and protect each other. They communicate closely and they have strong supernatural powers. There are many wolf dances and ceremonies as well as secret societies among northwest coast cultures.
