Indigenous art by Kwak'waka'wakw artist Gus Cook. Size 8, 5/8" wide tapered, sterling silver with abalone eyes, original repousse and chasing done by hand.
The design comes from Chilkat blankets which are highly valued handmade northwest coast blankets. They are worn as regalia by Chiefs during ceremonial meetings and dances.
